- Do you host more than one wedding a day?
Exclusive use or venue share? Some venues book multiple events, while others (like ours 
) are totally private. Make sure you know whether you’ll have the space to yourselves – no chance of bumping into another bride in the middle of the aisle.
- Is our date available?
Your dream date may already be taken – and that’s okay! Ask early, and be open to alternatives. Some of the best weddings happen midweek, and Fridays or Sundays can be just as unforgettable.
- What’s the maximum capacity?
Check the numbers for ceremony, dinner, and reception. Guest lists have a funny way of growing, so it’s best to know the limit.
- What’s actually included in the rental fee?

- Can we hold our ceremony onsite?

- Is there accommodation onsite or nearby?
From cozy suites to local hotels, knowing where guests can stay (and how they’ll get there) is a game-changer for wedding weekend logistics.
- Can we bring in our own vendors, or do you have a preferred list?
Some venues have strict rules, others let you choose freely. If you already have your heart set on that amazing taco truck or a florist with a killer style, make sure the venue says yes.
- What’s Plan B if it rains?
Outdoor weddings are dreamy… until the weather does its own thing. Make sure there’s an indoor option that feels just as special, and ask when the final weather call is made.
- Will there be a wedding coordinator on the day?
Some venues provide a built-in coordinator (aka your day-of superhero 
), while others are more DIY. Decide if you’ll need extra help.
- Is there parking onsite?
Valet, lots, or street parking – your guests will thank you for thinking ahead. And always check whether cars can be left overnight.
- What kind of bar options do you offer?
Open bar, cash bar, BYOB, dry bar? And, very important: are signature cocktails allowed? (Espresso martini fans, unite!)
- Do you offer a menu tasting?
Falling in love with your menu is just as important as falling in love with your venue. A tasting is a must.
- What’s the curfew?
Some venues keep the party going late, while others wrap up at midnight sharp. Always confirm your end time (and whether an extension is possible).
- Are pets allowed?
If your fur baby is a non-negotiable member of the wedding party (hello, ring-bearing pup

- What’s the deposit, and how does payment work?
Ask about booking fees, payment schedules, and cancellation policies. Some venues allow installments, which can be a huge help with budgeting.
